CANCELLATION POLICY: A confirmation email will be sent 48 hours before your scheduled service. There is a 24-hour cancellation window on all appointments and classes. This is so the wait list can be notified in time. Late cancellations will be deducted individually from a pre-paid package or charged in full for a single appointment/class. 

EARLY CANCELLATION OF DUET/SMALL GROUP: Leaves the remaining client(s) subject to the difference of a private/duet session.   

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Online credit/debit payments, cash, and check are accepted. Checks made payable to Pilates 804. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

PACKAGES: Clients are encouraged to book all appointments/classes of a package when purchasing packages. Standing times left vacant three sessions in a row, without prior knowledge, will be re-opened for general booking. 

 

• All packages expire 90 days from purchase. Single appointments/classes expire 30 days from purchase.    

 

GIFT CARDS: Available for purchase with a 365 day expiration from the date of purchase and 90 days from first session booked.    
 

DAY OF CLASS: Clients are urged to arrive 5 minutes prior to their lesson or class. Late arrival for a class (10 minutes) will be charged as a late cancellation and unable to participate. This is to ensure proper warm up for your safety. 

 

• To allow for proper cleaning and resetting of apparatus appointments are 50 minutes long. Classes and small groups are 50 minutes long. You must adhere to our Covid Safety Procedures.
