Things to Know Before Class

  • Client forms are online and must be completed before your first session. 

  • No. You do not need to bring a mat with you.  Mats are provided.

  • Socks are required.

  • Sealed water bottles are permitted.  No other drink or food permitted. 

  • Please remove yourself from class in event of a needed cancellation so that those on the wait list can be notified. ​

Danica thoroughly understands the body and how it works, as well as what your specific needs are in terms of the Pilates exercises she chooses to give you. She doesn't move you through the regimen too quickly, understanding your pace and your own limitations as a student. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in maintaining good physical fitness.
